Fedora core, Dell 2001FP problem
Greetings,
I am running Fedora Core 1 (KDE Desktop) on a Dell Optiplex GX110. My video driver is the integrated Intel 810. I have been using a Dell 20 inch crt. I just received a Dell 2001FP. I hooked it up using the standard video cable and reconfigured the hardware to show that I was using a Dell 2001FP (analog). Logged out (even tried rebooting).
The problem is that the image on the monitor uses only the left 80% of the monitor. The image fills the monitor display from top to bottom 100%. I have my resolution set to 1600x1200. I tried adjusting the monitor using the hardware buttons on the front, but that only gave me a small amount of change.
I searched the Dell site and didn't find any help there.
What more do I need to do?
Thanks,
Rick
