Fedora Core 5 and Dual CPUS

Hi,
I have a server running Fedora Core 5 and has dual cpu's I am running it as a games server when its under load one CPU handles it then the other is idle then the other gets all the use then idle again is there any config I need to do for it to share the load between them instead of passing it.

If you need any more info let me know.

Game is Counter Strike Source.

The problem is that the apps you are running are not multithreaded. If the app is not multithreaded then each app only runs on one cpu at a time. FC5 is trying to balance the load but since the app is not multithreaded it just ping-pongs the load back and forth between the two cpus.
