Fedora 9 and nVidia driver

I recently installed Fedora 9 on a Dell Latitude E6410 laptop and when I rebooted after installation the screen appears with scribble lines across it. I believe it may be an compatability issue with nVidia driver. Has anyone else ran into this issue with installing Fedora 9?

Fedora 9 is way outdated and has not the drivers for this new laptop. Also, with this old version you will not get any security updates and bugfixes. I recommend to install a newer version, the current version is Fedora 14.
