Failed boot with udevd-event

I'm booting a live vectorlinux cd and it comes to a halt. The messeges I get are like this.
PHP Code:
udevd-event[3670]: udev_node_symlink_symlink(rd/0, /dev/ram0failedFile exists
udevd
-event[3669]: udev_node_symlink_symlink(rd/1, /dev/ram1failedFile exists
There are about ten of these and then I get
PHP Code:
Setting system time from the hardware clock (localtime).
using /etc/random-seed to initialize /dev/urandom
Then it just sits there and nothing else happens. This has happened on both of my computers so it could be the cd but I don't think it is. I will try a new one in the meantime.
