Thumbs down Ez-9010 (O) keyboard unusable for LiveCDs and Slackware 10.0 after 2.6.8.1 ker inst..

I'm using an Ez-9910 (O) keyboard (ps2) and it works in lilo, as well as in my original install of Slackware 10.0 (using the default 2.4.26 kernel).

However, it does not work in any LiveCD I've tried to use (for example, the Arch 6.0 bootdisk or the Linux From Scratch 6.0 testing bootdisk), and after installing the 2.6.8.1 kernel to my Slackware 10.0 system it doesn't work there either after booting into it from lilo.

I've found nothing on google about probs with this keyboard and linux, and I was hoping someone here might know what's up.
