Ethernet/Wifi mini-PCI combos?

I have a mini-PCI that combines both Ethernet and a 56k modem into one. Of course, I don't need the 56k modem, but I can't take out the mini-PCI device, because I need Ethernet.

Is there such a thing as a mini-PCI that combines wired Ethernet and wireless 802.11b/g into one chip?
