Ethernet card help...

I have an Ethernet PCI card, it worked fine with RedHat 7.3 on my old computer, but I got a new one and installed Redhat 9, and now it won't initialize eth0 adapter..I've tried almost everything. It works on my Windows XP partition though..Help?

What model is the Ethernet PCI card ?

To list all ethernet cards, in a console window, type dmesg | grep eth
