Unhappy Error in setting up a printer


Respected viewer,
recently unfortunately i lost the printing service in my computer i use boss linux
when i go to the setting i find there sorry the printing service does not seems to be available. please help me out from this problem.

If the generic advice there doesn't help, you'll want to confirm information such as whether you're on BOSS v8 or an earlier version, whether you recently performed a system upgrade, what printer(s) you're using, etc.

It would help to know the make/model of the printer and how it's connected the computer (e.g., USB, ethernet, etc.).

You might also look in the log files under /var/log/cups/ for some hints as to what went wrong.
