Epson Stylus C64 Printer
I am running Red Hat Linux 9.0 OS on my Pentium IV computer. The Epson C64 runs great using Windows XP on the same computer. How can I get the Epson C64 printer to operate using Red Hat 9.0? Are there nay drivers that I need? And, if so, where do I get the driver and how do I set it up on the Red Hat 9.0 OS? thanks. Tony.

I got my C62 working using the KIOWA driver (?). Google search linux drivers for epson printer and that sight should come up as one of the top results. The site has directions. It is really great software. I couldn't get the printer to work using gimpprint. Hope this helps.

Hi busbarn,
Yes, I tried the gimp-print drivers; I also found they would not work. Where can I get the KIOWA driver you mentioned? Thanks. Tony.

You need Gimp-Print 5.0.0-Alpha. Gimp-print 4.2.6 contained a C64 driver also but I was unable to get that one to work.
