EPSON stylus, 3 years unused???what to poor in....
hoi,
i have a Epson stylus color 500 , it is not used in 3 years. it s working oke , but there s no ink
coming out. (using cups ). could this be a softwareproblem or has anyone an idea how to solve this. ( i tried "cleaning" and re-mounting ink cartridge ) i don t wanna throw it away , i hate
pollution.!

have you tried new cartridges? the ink may be dry in the old cartridge. if the cartridges are new, you may have to run it through a jet cleaning cycle several times to unclog any dried up jets.

yeah.. think is s a hardware-prob. ..as i look at the cartridge against the light,
it s not really fluid, but some ink is coming out....gonna get a new and
report back , ( shame to throw it away !!! )
