Emergency: I can't do installation for sitecom ln

hi i've used for the first time, ubuntu 9 and i'm a noob for linux languages.

I've got some problems with the installation of the hardware device " sitecom ln-020 fast ethernet adapter".

My installation cd give an advice using tullip, i'm a novice and i would like solve this problem, so i can't do a connection to internet with this card.

Please help me i would like to do a solution to this problem.

What exactly is the problem? The documentation says to use the tulip module, does it not load? Do you get an error?

Please do not use words like "urgent" or "emergency" in your posts. We are all volunteers and we work on problems pretty much when we get around to it.
