ehci-hcd failure on boot (RH 9.0)

I´ve installed RedHat 9.0 on my laptop and there are a few (minor) problems that need tackling but the first is an error message I get during boot, namely (as generated by modprobe)

Quote:
/lib/modules/2.4.20-19.9/kernel/drivers/usb/host/ehci-hcd.o: init_module: No such device
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters.
You may find more information in syslog or the output from dmesg
/lib/modules/2.4.20-19.9/kernel/drivers/usb/host/ehci-hcd.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.20-19.9/kernel/drivers/usb/host/ehci-hcd.o failed
/lib/modules/2.4.20-19.9/kernel/drivers/usb/host/ehci-hcd.o: insmod ehci-hcd failed
Can anyone shed some light on this?

A google search hasn´t turned up anything obvious.

I was thinking that too but all my 4 ports work. And prior to that error message there is a message about USB referring to usb-ohci and it starts ok.... And later the ehci-hcd fails with the message above and later in the boot it states firewire starts up fine with ehci-hcd in paraenthesis, so could it be something like that? Also if it is USB, does it mean that the USB 2.0 drivers are not initialized and it just reverts to 1.0?
