ok. i have an intel easy pc camera as well. with the "lead" that was posted here, i located the drivers..... BUT

i can't get the kernel module to compile. the docs provided were very very sketchy. If anyone can tell me the full instructions for compiling the spca50x webcam driver, i'd appreciate it. Also, the recommended web cam software, gqcam, compiled fine, but when i run it it gives me the error "/dev/video is a directory", so i don't know what to do.
