E-System 3115 does not boot from USB

Hello,

I have recently got E-system 3115 laptop.
This is own brand of Currys retailer (also owns Advent computer brand)

Laptop boots from HDD without any issue.
I try to boot it from USB. I tried different USB sticks with different distros on same/different sticks. Result is always the same: "Operating system not found" message on the black screen.
Same stick boots fine on another laptop.

BIOS is Phoenix, version 1.10.DIX (Dix points to Dixons Stores Group, owner of Currys). Same BIOS can be installed to some Advent laptops too.
I tried to search for the answer in Google, but to no avail.

I wonder if anybody had experience with booting this type of laptops (E-System, Advent with 1.10.DIX) from USB? Is it at all possible?

Turn off computer. Plug in usb. Boot to bios. The usb ought to show as a hard drive. Most it above internal and save and reboot to hard drive.
