DVD Drive permissions
I'm trying to a burn dvd, but I kep getting erros that I don't have the right type of medium in. But when it brings up my device name it has O_RDONLY at the ned of the name. I'm guessing that stands for read-only. I've tried everthing I know to fix the problem. I've taken ro out of the /etc/fstab. I have scsi emulation running. I turned off supermount, but now when I try to mount it I get permission denied. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
I'm using mandrake 10 and kernel 2.6.2. Thanks for any help.
