DVB Card + Opensuse 10.2


I am a newbe to linux.

My nic mysterously started working... ????

I have a Leadtek DTV1000 Tv card and i am trying to get it to work. kdetv doesnt work. and kaffiene did detect the channels in the old kernel but in my new kernel (kernel-default-2.6.21_rc7-43.1.x86_64 ) when i open kaffiene there is no TV button in there?

Please help

just a side note, i have tried a google and all i seem to find is " hey i got it working....." and lib4tv site is a little hard to understand.

can anyone point me to a site they know of ...

Have you tried the linuxtv wiki?
