Duel video card install

I am unable to get this duel port video card to be used with 2 samsung monitors. Here are my specs:

Red Hat Enterprise 4 WS
Video card: Jaton video 198pci 64 twin

Can anyone point me in the direction on how to install the right driver and get this thing installed?

The manufacturer recommended install a Nvidia driver:

I installed it but had no luck.

I don't know how to turn off my on-board video in my Dell computer.

Can anyone help?

Have you read the README from nvidia?
It should explain how to configure your X server to use the nvidia driver, how to use twinview for dual monitor setups and it also contains info on common problems. Hope that helps.
