Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

Dual Monitor (Different Sizes) OPINION

I just recently acquired another LCD monitor. My main monitor is a 17" LCD (DVI) that runs at 1280x1024. The one I just acquired is a 15" LCD (ANALOG) that runs at 1024x768. My video card is an NVIDIA 6800.

The question is:

Should I run in a TWINVIEW Configuration or not (Due to the different resolutions)?

::EDIT:: I forgot to mention that I use fluxbox as my WM

I'm running the same size monitors, with no problem on Ubuntu Dapper Drake, and Breezy before that...I say go for it...
