Not in the way you are thinking, no. Because it is all visualized as one display. Your best option is to splice an image together. This is the default behaviour of Xinerama, and to be honest, it's probably how most people want it. More application compatibility. If it DID discern between the two, then your windows won't properly spread across the displays, and you'll have other fun problems. I run between 3 and 9 monitors, depending on which system I'm on.
