Dual keyboard configuration?

I was wondering if it is possible to have two keyboards hooked up, each with a different layout (qwerty/dvorak.) They are both generic ps/2 keyboards. I have a ps/2 to com port adapter (at least thats what i think it is; a 9-pin serial-like port) and a ps/2 to usb adapter, though i would prefer to use the com port.

Thanks in advance
