Dual hard disks and OS's

So, I purchased a new hard drive, and I wanted to know if, somehow using the system bios, I could set my comp up so that I could choose which hard drive to boot off of. This way, I could have Linux (most likely gentoo) on my 30 GB hard drive and Windows on my 200 GB drive.
I made my choices on which hard drives to use based on which OS would be able to quickly take up space, not which one I like better.

If you could give some pointers, then that would be great.

well, you could just go into the bios and then choose which harddrive you wanted to boot first, but the easiest way would be to install Grub or Lilo, which are bootloaders.

if you have any questions, ask, and Welcome to LQ!
