Angry dual boot issue which won't go away

Hello friends

I have two hard disks sitting in my red hat 9 box.

Primary master red hat 9 with grub isntalled.
Primary slave with Win 98 and winnt server dual boot.
I have tried what was suggested in the forums.

title windows
rootnoverify (hd1,0)
chainloader+1

This was done in grub.conf and at bootup, it did go to the second hard disk, but came up with error that ntldr was not found.
I have checked under win 98 and the bootloader is there, but it does not get to bootloader.

Any ideas would be helpful at this stage.

I think win98 wants to be drive 1 partition one so you will need to use the map command to fool it.

try
title etc
map (hd0,0) (hd1,0)
map (hd1,0) (hd0,0)
rootnoverify (hd1,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1

I have never tried it and don't know your RH, so read the grub manual for info if above fails.
