Drivers for Brother MFC J430 w printer

They don't show up in my system setting where you match the drivers to the printer, There is no j430 listed. So I went to brothers and they have a list of linux drivers and there is one listed for my printer ,It comes as a download of either a "lpr driver" in both rpm and deb format also a "cupswapper driver"again in both rpm and deb format. which one should I download and is there a easy way to install it. How do I install it once I download it. Any help would be appreciated.
