Dot Clock / Pixel Clock

Is this the "bandwidth" of the monitor?

I have a ViewSonic p95f+b and am trying to get a proper modeline, but I cant seem to understand what the pixel/dot clock is on my monitor..

Here is Viewsonics specs page if you know what to look for:

Thanks In Advance!
