Don't work headset HyperX Cloud 2

My HyperX Cloud 2 just stopped working. Yesterday they worked. I tried rebooting, restarting pulseaudio and alsa.
Hardware works well, I tested it on my phone. Something wrong with software.

Pulseaudio constantly writes this:
Code:
W: [pulseaudio] alsa-mixer.c: Your kernel driver is broken: it reports a volume range from 0 to 0 which makes no sense.
W: [pulseaudio] alsa-mixer.c: Your kernel driver is broken: it reports a volume range from 0 to 0 which makes no sense.

Looks like a USB gaming headset. With headphones and a microphone.

@OP, did you perform an upgrade recently? Perhaps you need to upgrade your driver.

Hi all;

Yes - HyperX Cloud is a USB headphones and microphone headset.

Was any resolution found for this issue? I am seeing the same `alsa-mixer.c: Your kernel driver is broken: it reports a volume range from 0 to 0 which makes no sense.`

And in QasHctl UI; the Headset Capture Volume has an Integer range of 0/0 - which seems like the same issue.

Thanks
