Is there a reason you couldn't just look at the product manual from Dell's own website?? They have manuals with diagrams that tell you what the individual parts are...you can easily find it on their website if you look for what you entered above. Not really sure how this is Linux related, but please don't ask people to look things up for you.

doumamuzan,
See attached photo of mobo layout.
Also check your PSU's rating:

Don't go over the top with a graphics card that pulls too much power for your system.

The 2 on the bottom above the psu are pci express slots. Not sure if x16 though. If gpu is your idea though don't expect much. The slots on my Dell Optiplex 3010 wouldn't let me put more than a low end video card in, barely enough for 4k media usage. It just isn't designed to supply enough power. Neither is the psu if your card has it's own power input. Further limited by low profile gpu. Not to many of those around. I think I found a GT1050 that could fit in the case within the power requirements. I don't know if that would reach your goals.

I was actually thinking 'is there a reason you couldn't just open the computer and look?' - agreed on the rest.
For reference, here's what PCI Express (PCIe) slots look like (shows other kinds of slots too, for comparison):
