Question Does Linux get info from UPSes?

In Windows you can connect your PC to outlet via UPS and configure driver in the way it will power off the computer correctly or push it to hybernation when the UPS battery for example 10% or so. Can GNU/Linux work like this with APC UPSes? So I can leave my PC with some important data in RAM and be sure that in case of electricity problems I will find it in correct hybernation? Does GNU/Linux support this?

Yes, Apcupsd performs this function. It's in most distributions repositories.
