That thread is just full of inaccurate information and discusses both the radeon and fglrx drivers, without being clear, half the time, which one each user is actually using.
In any case... Both drivers support the HD4350 and support xrandr, allowing you to have one screen across two monitors. The fglrx driver is faster at 3D, but often buggier at 2D than the radeon driver.
hi, thanks for the replys, today i installed the card, not big deal, but i forgot my dvi/vga adapter :S for test the second monitor, tomorrow i'll check it out and i'll tell you if worked or any problem. later.
