Dlink Airplus DWL 520+ compatibility

Hi. I wanted to know if anyone has practical experience using DWL 520+ on Linux. I am using Slackware 9.1. I have looked up for dwl 520+ drivers, which are available at The dwl 520+ has a different chipset than dwl 520. The website i mentioned lists the dwl 520+ driver as a "non verified binary".
