display 2 monitor

i have 2 philips 170B monitor and using ati X300 display card.

I have no problems using the Big Desktop configuration. My first screen uses DVI which
look completely okay. My 2nd screen uses SVGA but it is shaking vertically. I am not sure
if i have the refresh rates set properly

This is how my XF86Config-4 looks like:

Can someone help??
