Dirty raid1 arrays.

My raid1 arrays have gone dirty as of late and i dont know why, nothing has happened to the disks that i know of, and for most of the arrays, they only show 1 good disk. lstats shows this, but mdadm shows 2 working and active disk's for every array, although they are dirty. I tried to fix it using raidtools commands as shown below.

[root@titan log]# raidsetfaulty /dev/md1 /dev/hdc6
[root@titan log]# lsraid -a /dev/md1
[dev 9, 1] /dev/md1 E35048B3.FA3BCDB8.1FAE2DDF.749B826B online
[dev 3, 6] /dev/hda6 E35048B3.FA3BCDB8.1FAE2DDF.749B826B good
[dev ?, ?] (unknown) 00000000.00000000.00000000.00000000 missing

[root@titan log]# raidhotremove /dev/md1 /dev/hdc6
[root@titan log]# lsraid -a /dev/md1
[dev 9, 1] /dev/md1 00000000.00000000.00000000.00000000 online
[dev ?, ?] (unknown) 00000000.00000000.00000000.00000000 missing

[root@titan log]# raidhotadd /dev/md1 /dev/hdc6
[root@titan log]# lsraid -a /dev/md1
[dev 9, 1] /dev/md1 E35048B3.FA3BCDB8.1FAE2DDF.749B826B online
[dev 3, 6] /dev/hda6 E35048B3.FA3BCDB8.1FAE2DDF.749B826B good
[dev ?, ?] (unknown) 00000000.00000000.00000000.00000000 missing

[root@titan log]# lsraid -a /dev/md1
[dev 9, 1] /dev/md1 E35048B3.FA3BCDB8.1FAE2DDF.749B826B online
[dev 3, 6] /dev/hda6 E35048B3.FA3BCDB8.1FAE2DDF.749B826B good

This is the same for all the other md devices except one. Which shows:

[root@titan log]# lsraid -a /dev/md0
[dev 9, 0] /dev/md0 0ED9B985.496D0F7A.EC2D42AB.B053F31E online
[dev 3, 1] /dev/hda1 0ED9B985.496D0F7A.EC2D42AB.B053F31E good
[dev 22, 1] /dev/hdc1 0ED9B985.496D0F7A.EC2D42AB.B053F31E good

mdadm for /dev/md1:

[root@titan var]# mdadm -D /dev/md1
/dev/md1:

How do i fix the arrays so they show 2 good devices in lsraid, and no-errors in mdadm?

Thanks in advance,

Mark Outlaw
