Digital sound seen but analog not to be found

Greets and thanks,

I found an answer at https://askubuntu.com/questions/6360...sound-settings

In Ubuntu 20.04 my Starship/Matisse motherboard sound chip was working but I installed the KDE desktop and the sound was not working in KDE so I went back to Gnome and sound is not working in Gnome now. The problems seems to have something to do with the fact that in the sound applet in settings only the digital sound is available for the Starship/Matisse chip and the analog setting is not available.
