Unhappy Dialing...

Hello people,
I have a Lucent Winmodem and I found on the net driver for it
and had installed driver and my modem is dialing properly with pppd but when it needs to connect it fails. Also during the instalation of driver I caught a message that I should have DEFAULT lines in /etc/modules.conf and that line is:
cat /tmp/ltmodem/tmpfile.
Does anybody have idea?

Thanks, Djony.

P.S. How can I change way of dialing from tone to pulse in Wvdial?
