I m very new to Linux and want to learn it and use daily. Please help me in doing so.

I have installed the device manager in fedora 11.

Device manager shows '?' mark for some devices. Does it mean that device drivers are not installed properly? I was looking for device drivers for my laptop. But couldn't find anywhere. My hardware profile link is http://www.smolts.org/client/show_al...8-5d69b1f0d75a .

Can anyone tell me where to find device drivers suited best for my hardware profile and how to install it..

First of all, that link appears to be broken. Secondly, I'm not sure about the "?" you see in the "device manager" - perhaps look at the help for that software to see if you can find any information about what it means.

Are you having any problems with your hardware? If so, please tell us exactly what the problems are and which pieces of hardware. You probably don't need any device drivers, because the kernel should have drivers for almost everything you need. Again, if something specific isn't working, please give us information about it.
