Determining the USB version of a USB flash drive.

Hi: I have a USB flash drive and want to know what version the drive USB interface is. Is it 3.0? Is it 2.0 or below? The question is: Is there a linux utility that can display the flash drive USB version? I ran lspci but it only displayed the internal devices.

Thanks frankbell. I already determined the version. I search in google with make and model. Now I have to determine the versions for the two USB ports in my notebook. In windows, looking at Devices, it says the USB version of the ports. So there has to be a way in Linux to do the same thing. Which is it?

EDIT: I found it: 'lsusb -v'.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought you could tell if it's USB 3 from the color of the connectors? If it's USB 3, it would be blue.

yes, I have just discovered that, and besides an internet page from the manufacturer confirms it is 3.0. Thanks.
