I see a reference for both 3650 and 3658, and I can also see that both are using the same driver referenced as 3600.
AFAIK the second pair of numbers on HP printers is only a local code referring to the factory it was build.

HPLIP is the
official Unix driver project of HP, IMHO those guys would know how to make a driver for their own printers and one of their own OSses.
If you are missing an RPM package for your distro try compiling the driver by yourself, should be pretty straightforward.
