Dell socket 5 AT motherboard ID?

I'll give it a shot here, since I've searched all over the net with no luck.

I have a used motherboard scavenged out of an olf PC which I'm trying to use in the new hodge-podge computer I'm building. I could really use info, manual, an ID so I know what all it needs, etc. All I know is:

It's a Dell FULL-size board (so I guess AT?), socket 5, part number (? or serial number?) AA 649849-601. It has four SIMM memory slots, four PCI slots, and no identifiable on-board anything, except for the "pentium" chipset, but I mean apparently no on-board video, sound, etc. Estimated to be circa 1998. Has one fat, white "mystery slot" over between the SIMM bank and the processor socket - could this be a "dual" socket for one of those standing-up Pentium add-ons?

Sorry for the ASCII-art, but at least it loaded faster than a picture, huh?

Do you still have the case it came out of, if so you should have an id number to work with.
good luck.
