Dell DJ I Need to Mount!!!

I have a dell dj that I need to recover some data from. I can't seem to mount the player though.

I've tried to load up gnomad 2.8.2 but it freezes when it's reading the data. I have the usb-storage modules loaded and my dmesg output is below, it's not showing any kinda of device to mount. Anyone have any suggestions/help cause I really need to get a raw image from this device.

dmesg

You may have to load up usb-storage and sd_mod if they are not loaded.

have you checked gnomad dependencies? a quick browse of their website says you need the following:
* libnjb CVS version
* libid3tag 0.15b
* libusb 0.1.8 (or higher)
