Debian etch doesn't recognize GeForce FX 5500

I'm running Debian etch, amd64. I'm attempting to set up my NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500 for tv-out, but it's not working. I am using this guide. It's slightly more complicated than the guide, though, because I'm using 2 graphics cards. The first is an integrated ATI Radeon Xpress 200, but just using the VESA driver. The other is the NVIDIA connected to my TV via S-Video. Here's the error when running startx -- :1 -bpp 24 -screen Screen_tvout800
Code:
hostname: Unknown host
xauth: creating new authority file /root/.serverauth.3600
xauth: (argv):1: bad display name "penguinbox:1" in "list" command
xauth: (stdin):1: bad display name "penguinbox:1" in "add" command
The -bpp option is no longer supported.
Use -depth to set the color depth, and use -fbbpp if you really
need to force a non-default framebuffer (hardware) pixel format.

after 0 requests (0 known processed) with 0 events remaining.
xauth: (argv):1: bad display name "penguinbox:1" in "remove" command
Obviously display :1 is not configured properly, but when I switch the screens in my xorg.conf, I still get the errors about no device detected. My normal card (vesa) still works fine. Here's the output from lspci:
Code:
01:05.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RS480 [Radeon Xpress 200G Series]
02:09.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV34 [GeForce FX 5500] (rev a1)
My xorg.conf is the standard Debian one plus the modifications in the file plus this:
Code:
Section "Device"
	Identifier	"NVIDIA Card"
	Driver "nvidia"
EndSection

You would want something like this for the extra device section.

Code:
Section "Device"
        Identifier "NVIDIA Card"
        Driver "nvidia"
        BusID "PCI:2:9:0"
EndSection
Then you will need a Monitor section and a Screen section as well for the second display. Now what you would need in these sections I am not sure as I have never connected to a TV before but you will need the horizontal and vertical refresh rates for a TV perhaps a Google search or the nvidia readme can provide these for the monitor section then you tie everything together for displaying using the new nvidia device and monitor sections put into the new screen section with the resolution that the TV will support.
