damaged memory

Do you know how to pass parameters to kernel telling it to skip the first 32M of memory (without having to compile and patch another kernel)?
I need for my laptop which has 32M stuck on the M/B and that module is damaged but I have another 32m module inserted into a socket.
Please help me
