d830 display driver problem after upgrade to ubuntu 9.04

hello every body
my D830 laptop with ubuntu linux was working very well untill 2 days ago that i upgrade it to ubuntu 9.04 and now I cannot enable my desktop effect and i see this message when i try "desktop effect can not be enabled". what can I do I know that it can not recognize my display driver but it was working very well before with full beautiful desktop effect. my graphic card is integrated mobile intell gma x3100.

pleas help.
