CX23880 video capture card request
 

i have ah CX23880 video capture card i need ah driver for this is card it's not in mandrake 10.1 kernel could some either write ah CX23880 driver for this card direct me too ah full source model for my kernel thanx

Its already written. You can try to upgrade the kernel to the latest version. If you do not want to, you can try to load cx88xx module.

where can i get this upgrade for mandrake 10.1?

I do not know if there is a pre-compile kernel, so you may have to download the latest stable kernel from kernel.org. Then configure and compile it.

ah ? where can i find ah guide too complie the new stable kernel from kernel.org so i know how to do it?
