Current sda: Sense Key Medium Error

Hello,

I was getting error as mentioned in the screenshot, anyone can help or advice what must I do next?

You can see the images at 67.18.210.244

I have tried running fsck but after a while, the error comes back again.

Thanks in advance.

SCSI Disk or SATA Disk?
Either way, things to check are: Cables, Controller, Disk.
As you mentioned you checked the disk already so the cables and controller are left over to check.

Very Urgent: Start making backup copies of your important data before your disk/controller fails!!

Don't forget to thoroughly check the disk after your backup with something like Maxtor's Powermax (or was it MaxBlast? I forget) to be sure it's the disk itself and not the controller.
