creative de5670 usb modem support

Paul, or someone else with the answer:

You said that the creative labs USB modem blaster de5670 works in linux. Does that require a driver from creative? Like firmware or something? Or does it work with Linux USB Modem support alone? What kernel version are you using ?

Thanks again.
