creative audigy 4 with linux?

hi! i'm thinking of upgrading my sound card(sound blaster live 5.1) to a sound blaster audigy 4. i read on the alsa home page the pro version of the card is supported and the non-pro(the one which i'm thinking of getting) has mixed reports, and might not work for me. i'd like to know does anyone have that card and how does it work in linux? i am on kubuntu 6.06. anyone having problems?

Check out this change log for kernel 2.6.17: http://wiki.kernelnewbies.org/LinuxChanges There is an entry in there for the Audigy 4. I'm not sure if that will help you out though.
