CPU over temperature error
I'm having a problem with my computer overheating. My computer repair-person has a problem with fixing Linux computers. Do you have any tips?
My computer shows a message saying "CPU over temperature error!" at boot meaning something must be very wrong.

what kind of hardware/software is it? How old is it? When was it cleaned last time? Do you mean it is hot immediately when you turn it on? (in this case it is most probably a hardware error or just a contact/connection problem).

Desktop computer, laptop computer, single board computer? Using air cooling for cpu or water cooling. At any rate the thing to check is your cpu cooler. Make sure fan is working on the cooler, not full of dust, is it properly placed on CPU. Remove and check paste between. That's what I'd be checking ... not rocket science here .

The first thing I'd do is open up the case and make sure all the vents and components, especially the fan and heat sink, are all free of dust. It's amazing how much dust can build up inside a computer.

You didn't answer these crucial questions.
When are you getting the message? Before the bootloader? Can you show us an image of that?

Judging from the picture you posted, I will assume your computer needs cleaning inside and outside and reapplying of thermal paste. Also it's a 4th gen Intel system. Did you ever reapply thermal paste from the time you bought it?
Also since you could post a BIOS picture, why don't you also post the BIOS temperatures?

That looks like the message you get when your CPU overheats and the BIOS cutoff temperature is reached. As others have suggested you need to clean the fans, ensure that the CPU thermal paste is reapplied. You might need to replace the CPU fan if it is not working.
Looking at the pic you posted the PC appears to need a serious cleaning.

Thank you for your help. I'll take it to another repair shop.

Cleaning hardly requires a repair shop.
Open it up, clean thoroughly with compressed air everywhere you can find lint/dust. (do this where the dust will not be spread all around your house/computer room/office)
Then once it is clean and dust free then you may need to follow the earlier suggestions about new thermal paste on the CPU for the heat sink. All this can be done for almost no cost, while even a minor service call can easily become much more than $100.
