Those are some pretty cool CPU Core temps. Either that Chinese cooler is really good, or you must live in Antarctica.

No matter how good the cooler is it cannot cool down to temperatures lower than ambient, so unless it is not a fan but an actual heat pump, your room temperature must be well below +5.
