CP2102 module.. how could I fix it?


hi


i do hvae the following :


[ 2398.037988] usb 2-1.2: new full-speed USB device number 19 using ehci-pci
[ 2398.454030] usb 2-1.2: device not accepting address 19, error -32
[ 2398.454197] usb 2-1-port2: unable to enumerate USB device

CP2102 module.. how could I fix it?
i just found that the "options" fix is missing in here..

does it work for you? I think you can ignore it (in that case)

i mean, without having to recompile the whole kernel?

just doing a modprobe?

does it work at all? Do you have difficulties with this device? Why do you want to [re]compile anything?
Obviously you can check if the module is loaded.
