Copy Windows sdb to sda with complexity

Hello. I have 2 ssd cards in my laptop - sdb and sda. Please see attached screenshots of geometry.

My goal is to move the entire windows sdb operating system to the sda drive while preserving the Ubuntu install on sda. I want to duel boot from sda.

I don't care about the ubuntu install on sdb and sdb drive will be retired.

Suggestions? Feasible? Questions to help in solution welcome.

I am familiar with dd tools.

Since this involves Windows; I am also thinking dd. May be clonezilla will do the trick (I have not used it for such tasks).
Personally, however, I prefer to rebuild/reinstall. Yes, it takes longer and more work, but it will be cleaner.

I used the free version of Macrium, and it moved Windows without any issues. It also does a great job of backing up your Linux distros.
