You mean without data loss? I dont think so. You will have to copy it over to another place, convert the partition and move the data back AFAIK. See if someone else knows more

Damn...That wouldn't be great, I can't see any difference between such converting to another fs, and simple formatting

People look at post1

I have downloaded fsck.vfat and reiserfs-utils
If someone have used such tools I want to know what options used to check for errors and then fix them. Please correct me:
reiserfsck --check -- /dev/hda1
How to fix? And the same thing with dosfsck to check FAT32
I would be very glad to hear some help!!!

If you said you want to loss data. Just format that drive as ext3 or reiserfs.

If you said you want to keep your data but still convert FAT32 to ext3 or reiserfs. Use Partition Magic 7 or higher. It works in Windows 98/2000/XP also in DOS. It can convert FAT32 to NTFS or vice versa. It can also convert to ext3.

NSKL, is right. Any kind of filesystem you want to have. You have to get another hard drive or copy the data to another storage medium that you already have and hope that it has enough space. Then format that hard drive to your desire filesystem. Using tools such Partition Magic and many others may or may not lose your data in the converting or resizing process.
